ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਨ ਕਉ ਮੁਕਤਿ ਜੁਗਤਿ ॥
har kaa naam; jan kau mukat jugat |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਲਈ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਹੈ।
The Name of the Lord is the path of liberation for His humble servants.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ; ਜਨ ਕਉ ਤਿ੍ਰਪਤਿ ਭੁਗਤਿ ॥
har kai naam; jan kau tripat bhugat |
ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
With the food of the Name of the Lord, His servants are satisfied.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਨ ਕਾ ਰੂਪ ਰੰਗੁ ॥
har kaa naam; jan kaa roop rang |
ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ।
The Name of the Lord is the beauty and delight of His servants.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ; ਕਬ. ਪਰੈ ਨ ਭੰਗੁ ॥
har naam japat; kab. parai na bhang |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਦਾਚਿੱਤ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦੀ।
Chanting the Lord's Name, one is never blocked by obstacles.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਨ ਕੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ॥
har kaa naam; jan kee vaddiaaee |
ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਫਰ ਦੀ ਪਤਿ ਆਬਰੂ ਹੈ।
The Name of the Lord is the glorious greatness of His servants.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਨਾਮਿ; ਜਨ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਈ ॥
har kai naam; jan sobhaa paaee |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
Through the Name of the Lord, His servants obtain honor.
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ; ਜਨ ਕਉ ਭੋਗ ਜੋਗ ॥

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਫ਼ਰ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਮਾਰਗ ਦਾ ਅਨੰਦ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ।
The Name of the Lord is the enjoyment and Yoga of His servants.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਤ; ਕਛੁ ਨਾਹਿ ਬਿਓਗੁ ॥
har naam japat; kachh naeh biog |
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਸ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਛੋੜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
Chanting the Lord's Name, there is no separation from Him.
ਜਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ; ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਕੀ ਸੇਵਾ ॥
jan raataa; har naam kee sevaa |
ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
His servants are imbued with the service of the Lord's Name.
ਨਾਨਕ ਪੂਜੈ; ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਦੇਵਾ ॥੬॥
naanak poojai; har har devaa |6|
ਨਾਨਕ ਉਜਲੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
