ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਰਮ ਆਰਾਮ ਹੈ।

By God's Gracious Glance, there is great peace.

ਕੋਈ ਟਾਵਾ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਹੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Rare are those who obtain the juice of the Lord's essence.

ਜੋ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਜੀਵ ਰੱਜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Those who taste it are satisfied.

ਉਹ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਿੱਕਡੋਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਂਦੇ।

They are fulfilled and realized beings - they do not waver.

ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਦੀ ਮਿਠਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।

They are totally filled to over-flowing with the sweet delight of His Love.

ਸਤਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੂਹਾਨੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

Spiritual delight wells up within, in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy.

ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਣਾਗਤ ਸੰਭਾਲਦੇ ਹਨ।

Taking to His Sanctuary, they forsake all others.

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਰਤੀ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ।

Deep within, they are enlightened, and they center themselves on Him, day and night.

ਪਰਮ ਚੰਗੇ ਨਸੀਬਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਉਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

Most fortunate are those who meditate on God.

ਜੋ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗੀਜੇ ਹਨ, ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਉਹ ਆਰਾਮ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

O Nanak, attuned to the Naam, they are at peace. ||2||
