ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਸੁਖ; ਅੰਮਿ੍ਰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਨਾਮੁ ॥
sukhamanee sukh; amrit prabh naam |
ਇਸ ਸੁਖਮਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਬਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਾ ਸੁਧਾ-ਸਰੂਪ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ।
Sukhmani: Peace of Mind, the Nectar of the Name of God.
ਭਗਤ ਜਨਾ ਕੈ; ਮਨਿ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
bhagat janaa kai; man bisraam | rahaau |
ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਗੋਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਮਨ-ਚੈਨ ਹੈ। ਠਹਿਰਾਉ।
The minds of the devotees abide in a joyful peace. ||Pause||
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਗਰਭਿ ਨ ਬਸੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; garabh na basai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਰਹਿਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦਾ।
Remembering God, one does not have to enter into the womb again.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਦੂਖੁ ਜਮੁ ਨਸੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; dookh jam nasai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਦੌੜ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Remembering God, the pain of death is dispelled.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਕਾਲੁ ਪਰਹਰੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; kaal paraharai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੌਤ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Remembering God, death is eliminated.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਦੁਸਮਨੁ ਟਰੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; dusaman ttarai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵੈਰੀ ਟਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Remembering God, one's enemies are repelled.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਿਮਰਤ; ਕਛੁ ਬਿਘਨੁ. ਨ ਲਾਗੈ ॥
prabh simarat; kachh bighan. na laagai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੋਈ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਾਪਰਦੀ।
Remembering God, no obstacles are met.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਜਾਗੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; anadin jaagai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਆਦਮੀ ਰਾਤ ਦਿਨ ਖਬਰਦਾਰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Remembering God, one remains awake and aware, night and day.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਭਉ ਨ ਬਿਆਪੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; bhau na biaapai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਦਾ।
Remembering God, one is not touched by fear.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ; ਦੁਖੁ ਨ ਸੰਤਾਪੈ ॥
prabh kai simaran; dukh na santaapai |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਗ਼ਮ ਦੁਖਾਤ੍ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
Remembering God, one does not suffer sorrow.
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਾ ਸਿਮਰਨੁ; ਸਾਧ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ॥
prabh kaa simaran; saadh kai sang |
ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਗਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
The meditative remembrance of God is in the Company of the Holy.
ਸਰਬ ਨਿਧਾਨ; ਨਾਨਕ. ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ॥੨॥
sarab nidhaan; naanak. har rang |2|
ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੌਲਤਾਂ ਹੇ ਨਾਨਕ! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ।
All treasures, O Nanak, are in the Love of the Lord. ||2||
